Prices

The store reserves the right to change prices under any circumstances, except as stated on the invoice.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all delivery dates are estimates. We make every effort to ensure that the shipment arrives on time. In the event of a delay in delivery, the store bears full responsibility, and the buyer has the right to cancel the order.

Transportation and Shipment Loss

Product ownership is transferred to the buyer upon receipt of the product. In the event of any damage or loss to the shipment before the customer receives it, the store bears full responsibility.

Warranty

In the event of any damage to the product, such as breakage or shortage, the store bears full responsibility. The buyer must contact the store within 3 days of receiving the shipment, after which the buyer is not entitled to claim damages.

Limitation of Liability

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the store’s liability for any claims related to the products shall not exceed the amount stated on the invoice. The buyer must file a claim for any damage within 3 days of receiving the shipment. If the period exceeds 3 days, the store has the right to reject the claim.
